Match the room and task
Read the product’s room-size guidance and the conditions behind it. Check what the filtration system is designed to address; a particle filter does not solve every gas, moisture or ventilation problem. Source control and appropriate ventilation still deserve attention.
Leave the air paths open
Follow the required clearances around intakes and outlets. Keep curtains, furniture and loose fabrics away, and place the device on a suitable stable surface. Choose a location where the sound level lets you use an effective setting rather than turning it off immediately.
Maintain the correct filter
Remove packaging from a new filter as instructed and note the replacement method. Do not wash a filter unless specifically allowed. Treat an indicator as maintenance guidance, not proof that all air in the room is clean or safe under every circumstance.
