Read the model-specific method
Check which tips can be removed and how the manufacturer allows them to be cleaned. Water resistance during use does not automatically make an earbud washable. Avoid pushing debris into speaker meshes or microphone openings with sharp tools.
Let everything dry
Do not place damp earbuds straight into the charging case. Dry components according to the instructions and keep liquids away from the case and charging port. If a part has been exposed to more moisture than intended, follow support guidance rather than immediately trying to charge it.
Watch fit and storage
Inspect tips for splits or changes in shape and replace them with compatible parts when needed. Keep the case out of loose bags containing grit or metal objects. Clean contacts only by the approved method; scraping them can damage the surface that makes charging reliable.
